Super comfy beds, spotlessly clean and within 5/10 mins walk to the beach. The tour bus into padstow was only £2 each for a great day out. Loved the outside space and the garden furniture was great . We ready didn’t want to come home. Thank you for a wonderful stay .

It was also very thoughtful to include tea, coffee, sugar and other bits and bobs. The whole house is beautifully presented with comfortable furniture and super comfy beds. It's a pity the weather didn't allow us to use the garden much but what a sun trap (when it shone) with great furniture for all. The location is perfect with only a short walk to a massive beach and coastal walks. It also suited us for trips out in the car as we were able to avoid the busier town of Newquay. Really recommend this property to larger families as plenty of space inside and out.

This is the best property we have stayed in, in Cornwall and we have been coming to Cornwall every Easter for 30+ years. The house was beautifully furnished and to a really high specification. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and provides a great base to some of the highlights in North Cornwall. The welcome pack upon arrival was also the best we've received. Loads of lovely and thoughtful goodies. Lastly, the hosts could not have been more helpful. Great communication and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for all. Thank you. We hope to be back soon.
