We had a lovely restful time in this comfy cottage. It was a great place to stay with a nice garden at the rear to enjoy the good weather.The cottage benefits from a well equipped modern kitchen and comfy chairs and sofa with large tv in the lounge area. We discovered the nearby village of Hempton - great for dog walking. A nice village pub and a duck pond. Southview Annexe is in a great location near to Fakenham for shopping and lovely drives through pretty countryside to the coast.. Our hosts Linda and Norman were lovely and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Southview Annexe.

I very nice place to stay, very clean, the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and a sofa and two armchairs which again are high quality and very comfortable. There is a brilliant dressing room as part of a suite with the bedroom and bathroom which is all very spacious. The owner lives next door and was really helpful and made sure the house was lovely and warm for our arrival + the easiest heating system we have ever used with constant hot water. The house is ideally placed to visit lots of great places, with Creake Abbey, Langham glass and Burnham market to name but a few.

A lovely little dog-friendly 1-bed cottage in an ideal location. Close enough to the coast to visit the wonderful beaches of Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea and Brancaster as well as having easy access to the rest of Norfolk. The garden is completely enclosed so ideal for dogs and the cottage was finished to a high standard with everything you need - home from home! The owners were lovely and friendly and we were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely return. Thank you.

Lovely accommodation and spotlessly clean. It was so nice to be greeted by the host who was on hand to explain how things worked. We so appreciated the little goodies that were left in the fridge and on the table. The location was central to visiting the coast and surrounding areas. The sitting area looked out onto a small enclosed garden that in summer would be appreciated. Hopefully we will return.Thank you.

Well furnished with modern open plan living, dining & kitchen area downstairs, large bedroom with walkin wardrobes and ensuite upstairs. Enclosed garden. Well positioned for visiting all areas of North Norfolk coastline. Owners living in adjacent property made us and our young dog most welcome. A most enjoyable stay.
