The Cottage was a perfect place to stay to celebrate my wifeâs 60th birthday. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The welcome pack and a large carton of milk were a nice touch. Family and friends joined us for our stay and were really impressed with the property. The owners have thought of everything to make sure their visitors have a wonderful stay. The cottage is really well located under an archway just off the quayside and is close to shops, cafes and pubs. I was worried parking would be an issue but we parked at Stearmanâs Yard long stay car park just 5 mins walk away at a cost of Â£8.50 for 24 hours. You can get a weekly ticket if staying longer. I would highly recommend this cottage in the beautiful town of Wells-Next-The-Sea.

Lovely period cottage in central Wells, ideally located within a 2 minute walk to the town centre and quayside. We’ve never stayed in a place so well equipped, including toilet rolls, tea, coffee, bin liners. Even dog bowls and dog poo bags. There were also board games. There were also biscuits and chocolate when we arrived. Was a nice touch that the owner phoned us upon arrival to check we had settled in. The living room is very cosy with a log burner and there was a bag of logs. There is a safe enclosed courtyard which is ideal for dog owners. The kitchen has washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Ideal location, well recommend

Luggers cottage is in a beautiful part of Norfolk, our first time visiting wells next to the sea and we were not disappointed the holiday was made even more perfect by the property we rented , they have thought of everything, we have two girls under 10 who were safe to play in the outdoor space. My mum also came with us and had her own room up in the attic space which was beautifully decorated as were all the rooms . Definitely worth the money and worth a visit . We will be back again

Very enjoyable holiday in this lovely cottage, our dog Ruby settled immediately we were impressed with the facilities available for her. Beautifully clean and comfortable, everything needed was provided. Had a little problem getting in after entering the front door the door to the kitchen was quite stiff and took a bit of persuasion from my sons to open. Welcome pack was lovely and very appreciated, most facilities were within walking distance.

Lovely cottage, well equipped, clean and a great location - a little too close to the amazing French's Fish and Chips!! Great lunch at the Bowling Green. Globe and Crown both nice but drinks pricey!!! Lovely walk to the beach. Sad to sea the miniature railway is no longer going to be here in Wells. Also Pitch and Put (mentioned on various websites) has also gone. Thank you for a superb re;axing week in your lovely cottage.
