What a lovely property in an ideal setting with views of the bay .
The house was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need, definitely home from home . The bathrooms were all beautifully done out and were immaculately clean. There is ample space for a large family and doggies and having the large utility and porch were great for coming in off a sandy beach . Just a few issues to highlight so they donât get missed for other guests: The basket of kitchen essentials were missing , we requested a cot which wasnât available on arrival , issues with blinds in upstairs bedroom and also the grass was quite long for my toddler grandchildren to play on. However this would not stop us from returning as these are minor issues that can be resolved. Loved the house and all the space ideal for our 3 generations of family . Would love to come back .

A beautiful property and stunning location with fantastic view across to Filey.
Neighbours and Terry in the public car park for the beach were all so friendly and helpful with information on local area. Being able to take our dogs (without an extra charge being made) and having such a terrific outside space for them was essential and didnât disappoint. Facilities/equipment provided was the best we have had in a holiday rental. One small niggle - we used the downstairs bedroom due to our own limitations with stairs. The bed has a topper on the mattress which does not stay in position and had to strip/remake bed a couple of times. We will certainly recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful house in an ideal place for all amenities and within walking distance for everything.
The only issue we had was that nobody could connect to the WiFi couple of not happy children. Also the bins were full outside and the information on the door regards bin day doesn't say if we needed to move them and also what bin was for which rubbish/ recycling. I would recommend the house had everything you would need and more for a very comfortable stay. The little added extras. Would of struggled with parking if we had a second car with us as there was nothing to the front of the house to park a second car all week.We will be back thank you.

Do not hesitate to book this property! The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach, a short walk to the town. Attention to detail at the property is amazing. The area at the back is big enough for a large car & easy unpacking - very wide. There is also free on street parking. The table in the kitchen comfortably seats all guests. The lounge/TV area is huge. Hooks for coats and shoe storage at the front door. Downstairs loo and shower. Neighbours are lovely! Just great. Book now!

Property great. Booking experience easy. Only glitch for me was that I didn't get an immediate confirmation of the booking (it was held before confirmed). This didn't take long, but personally I'd prefer immediate confirmation after hitting the payment button, especially at a time when demand was so high and availability limited. However, overall still a very good experience, communications were good and accomodation was great. Thanks
