We had a lovely break in a very comfortable 'tardis' cottage.
It was small but beautifully formed. I am disabled and my needs were catered for . Everything was supplied but if there was something missing to make your cottage holiday special, Mr and Mrs Williams made sure you were furnished with all the home comforts. The cream tea and pastie welcome pack was a lovely treat. They even made sure my husband had a special birthday supper in the garden. They recommended an excellent fish monger that supplied the delicious lobsters for a special treat. On the whole it was a perfect clean and comfortable base to explore the area of Bodmin. The break was just perfect and exactly what we needed especially when it was the first time away post 'Covid' lockdown. We will definitely add this cottage to our favourite's list.

We had a wonderful week in Cornwall.
Bramble Barn was a fabulous place to stay. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The enclosed garden was perfect for our Lulu to run around in. Upon arrival, the owners had left Cornish pasties and scones, jam and clotted cream - a nice touchâ¦very tasty and welcoming. The location (Lanivet, near Bodmin) was a great base for us to visit many places - Padstow, Newquay, St Austell, Penzance, Lands End and Perranporth. It was always lovely to come back to the barn each day and relax. Lovely private decking area to sit and enjoy the sunshine and listen to the birds singing. My husband, me and our lovely Cockapoo Lulu, had a really nice time - it was just what the Dr ordered! I would thoroughly recommend staying at Bramble Barn.

We have just returned from our weeks holiday at this beautiful property, the most beautiful property I have ever stayed at.
When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely card and fresh scones ( which were amazing! ) the living room/kitchen is absolutely beautiful along with the view of the see. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds were comfy, and to top it off a perfect size hot tub which we enjoyed every single day we were there. The location of the property is perfect and walking distance into town/beach. The washer/dryer was Available and we were able to wash our clothes which saved a lot of hassle when we returned home. I cannot pick a fault with this property at all, we were very happy and canât wait to return next year hopefully. Perfect hosts with every effort made to ensure guests have the most perfect stay.

Pretty much perfect really!
Compact but not overly so, with plenty of open space and good sight lines to keep an eye on the dogs. Nicely furnished, warm and cosy. Clean and everything seemed well taken care of. Really secure outside for dogs too - the parking area is gated, and the little fenced off-leash garden is brilliant. Excellent pasties and cinnamon buns left for us were a welcome treat as well. If I really have to nitpick, a second roll of toilet paper and some basic shampoo/shower gel (even just miniatures) would be appreciated, and the toilet seat doesnât stay up which was a bit awkward as a guy! Thanks for a lovely stay - weâd love to come back, if youâll have us!

We had a lovely welcome of Cornish Pasties and a cream tea.
There was milk in fridge. The owners were really helpful and lovely people. Although the cottage was quite small it had everything we wanted it was warm cosy and a bed you didn't want to get out of. They say good things comes in little parcels. well this little cottage certainly was a great little parcel. It had a large closed in garden which was wonderful for us as we had our little dog with us . The location was great as It was reasonably close to all the tourist towns and villages, and great for places to walk. If we have another holiday down in Cornwall we would not hesitate to book this cottage again.
