If you want a relaxing break away from civilization then this is the place for you. Tucked away in the forest with just the sound of nature from the minute you wake up till the time you go to bed. The tent was beautiful, fully equipped and very comfortable. There was four adults, 10 year old, 12 year old & 9 month old & we were comfortable with enough seating as well. Would highly recommend especially if your outdoor people. My boys loved exploring the woods & finding bugs. Thank you so much to Amanda & her team.

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing, so peaceful and quiet and you really feel like you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hut was very well appointed with everything we needed, and the outside bath and kitchen were nice touches that enabled us to stay outside as much as possible. We enjoyed cooking the contents of the BBQ Retreat Box that was waiting for us when we arrived on the fire pit. We will definitely return.

The place was quite great as you could really feel totally shut off from the usual hustle and bustle of the concrete jungle. Being in the middle of the woods, and surrounded by greenery everywhere makes such a difference and is quite relaxing. The ammenities were quite good as well and, being able to have camp fires in the night was quite memorable. Although the place can be quite chilly at night, there were heating blankets in place and the fireplace was quite handy as well.

We loved it. Our 5yr old Grandson had a wonderful time building Dens, foraging etc. it really gave vent to his vivid imagination. We adults on the other hand, were really able to unwind. So peaceful and relaxing. Apart from the early morning chatter from the local pidgeons of course (Can’t really complain, after all, it is their home) The local village has a wonderful old pub with a warm friendly atmosphere and good food. Definitely proposing another visit.

The property, hot tub and secluded location were amazing, kids (and adults) had a lot of fun. Managers were friendly and helpful. Even though it rained most of our stay, the place remained warm and comfortable. The owners had put a lot of thought into the appliances and utensils for a truly glamping experience.
