Such a beautiful property and we will be returning We did lots of coastal walks directly from the property and easily walked across the field rather than driving to the local shop/pub in St Just after walks with having a dog Stayed 29/12 for a week and the weather has been amazing for us, seen many seasons but mostly warm and dry in the day The decoration is beautiful with attention to detail with lots of lovely additions making it feel homely The sea is viewable from the garden and the lookout lounge upstairs One of us used the hot tub twice which was ideal after 4 hour daily moderate walks and robes were provided There is lots of history here in Cape Cornwall and along the coastal paths and we love that Ventured to St Ives on a rainy day so wasn’t there long but we prefer the isolation and quiet nature walks and this area is ideal as a base for both Perfect accommodating hosts Netflix, Prime and Freeview included Great boiler room and entrance which were both handy plus a massive log burner and underfloor heating Superb safe fully enclosed garden for dogs and children Appliances easy to work Fresh flowers and decorated for Christmas Beautiful quality hamper with quality staples plus extras which were really appreciated Thank you so much - we loved it

The property is well located for Sennen Cove, but the name “sea the view” is a bit misleading as it doesn’t really have sea views.

The rooms are very nice quality and design and a lot of thought has gone into it. The photos on the listing showed comfy outdoor furniture but this had been replaced with less lounge furniture (which is obviously easier for them to maintain). So there was nowhere we could all sit and lounge outside (the comfy corner sofa chairs were not there, the swing chairs had been taken down etc). So it wasn’t quite as expected. The bed linen was lovely quality but the pillows were awful - I get this is very personal but I had to go out and buy some as they were that poor and the main bed had a super firm mattress. We had problems with the main patio door not working which meant there was a gap when they were closed and as it is quite an exposed garden the draft and noise of the wind was quite annoying. In addition we had a day of driving rain which lead to a large leak flooding the floor under the picture window. Eating in all the basics crockery was there but for example there was no salad bowl or serving plates, so if you were wanting to do a nice meal in it was a bit basic. The addition of an electric charger was very helpful. It was lovely but overall for the high price I don’t think it quite delivered.

This cottage was perfect for 2 people.

Due to the current COVID crisis it was a bit noisy and echoed a lot, we could hear our neighbours opening and closing doors, so they could surely hear us too - but this is purely down to the lack of soft furnishing, such as rugs, cushions etc which would have made a big difference I feel sure. Spotlessly clean, warm (with heatng for autumnal mornings) as well as amazing daylight as the sun came round to the french doors, nearby pub with great food at St Buryan, if you do not want to use the cooker & microwave. Pre Book at the St Buryan Inn Pictures of the interior were very accurate and there was plenty of space and storage. DVD player in the TV, which was handy at times, as atmospherics (sea mist at a guess) made the signal a bit wobbly on occasion. Very Welcome Cream Tea on arrival plus some milk and tea/coffee provision The down side? Washing Machine, but only a rack for drying, which tended to blow away when placed on the patio - though it was late season, so perhaps breezier than normal, or you have to put on the heating and place it in front of the radiator. Therefrore a washer/drier combo woud be welcome for any keen beach goers - which we were - faced with damp cossies and towels every day.

See Two Seas is a beautiful holiday cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our only grumble is that the week flew by too quickly. West Cornwall is real a hidden gem. Cape Cornwall is particularly breathtaking, and we loved the fact that it was just a stroll away. We loved St Just too, which is a bustling village, and it was great that we could either walk or cycle easily up to the shops or pub! This was our first time enjoying a trip away that ‘far down’ in Cornwall, the journey usually puts us off! We decided to go for it because the cottage looked so lovely, and we were not disappointed at all. It was lovely to have the bikes, and the hot tub was great fun. It was a shame we didn’t get a chance to use the paddle boards, but the conditions just weren’t right. Our host were very welcoming and we really appreciated the beautiful basket of goodies on our arrival. The welcome e-mail was also really informative and helpful. We definitely will return to See Two Seas at some point in the future. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful cottage as our home for the week!

Beautiful home, we felt bad when we left as we wanted to leave a few comments in the guest book but no one had a pen!

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!! We actually stayed in one of these last year (sea scape) and as we love it in sennen so much we wanted to come back. Sea the View didn’t disappoint, the bedrooms are beautiful and the bathroom and showers fantastic. The views are amazing too. Downstairs is lovely and the kitchen has everything you need. Couple of ideas for the new owners, it would be great to have a little bistro set to sit at outside, the big day bed and table isn’t great for anything other than lazing back! Which we did lots of course! And maybe pop a little cafetière in the cupboard - we’ve always had one in all the places we’ve stayed (even when there is a coffee machine) so it was unusual not to have one. The garden could do with a tidy up - I’m not a huge gardener but little things like pulling out the dead leaves really make it so pretty when you’re sat outside. These are just little things tho, we had a wonderful time and will DEFINITELY be back!! Thank you!!!

    Nanjizal Beach

Wander the cliff top trails, shop at the West Country Shopping Village, visit the various attractions and have your photo taken at the iconic signpost. Perfect for a day out and a great place to visit with your dog.

    Gwynver Beach

Close to Sennen Cove, Gwynver beach reportedly gets its name from Guinevere, wife of the legendary Cornish King Arthur. Accessible from a steep path from above, the beach is rarely too crowded. Steep granite cliffs rise from behind.

Close to Porthcurno, this small secluded beach was once a thriving fishing cove but today is more famous for its film location status. The sparkling clear turquoise water on sunnier days makes this a pretty spot to visit.
